Some of the entities under the Wallace-Harris umbrella are:

  1. By Pass Partners, a General Partnership owning a commercial project at the northeast quadrant of U.S. Highway 45 By-Pass North and Old Humboldt Road.
  2. Boulevard Properties, a General Partnership owning a 40 acre commercial tract of land lying on both sides of Volunteer Boulevard in North Jackson adjacent to U.S. Highway 45 (business).
  3. Parkway Partners, a General Partnership owning both residential and commercial tracts at the intersection of University Parkway and U.S. Highway 45 (business).
  4. Hayes Properties, a General Partnership owning 20 commercial acres at the interchange of U.S. Highway 45 By-Pass North and U.S. Highway 45 (business).
  5. Oakmont Woods, LLC, a Limited Liability Company owning a beautiful small lot residential development on Wiley Parker Road in Jackson.
  6. Vann Drive Partners, a General Partnership owning commercial properties in The Columns retail development located north of Interstate 40 and west of Highway 45 By-Pass in Jackson.
  7. Westside Venture, a Joint Venture that initiated and developed the Columns I project.
