In order to leverage more real estate projects in and around the Jackson area,
the Wallace-Harris Company secures local investors and through LLCs, general partnerships or limited
partnerships, undertake a particular investment. Wallace, Harris and Driver facilitate the solicitation
of investors and the acquisition of the investment property. They then oversee rezoning, development,
and management of each project.
